Client Care Letters

Where a client instructs one of our barristers direct, without going through a solicitor, we will always send a Client Care Letter setting out our terms and fees. The client care letter will cover hourly rates, telephone call charges, copying of document charges, and a variety of other charges, dependent on the particular case.

Our barristers will not undertake work without receiving a signed client care letter from a potential client.
