Conferences with Counsel

Conferences or meetings with Counsel (your lawyer) are held so that the barrister can meet their client, seek further information about the client’s case, and advise on the prospects of success, and the steps that need to be taken to prepare for a trial, hearing or other legal fixture.

Conferences are usually held in the barristers Chambers but by arrangement can be held at a solicitor’s office or at a client’s home or other location of choice.
