Sheila Aly is a employment law specialist. Having completed her training at Littleton Chambers, one of the leading Employment Law Chambers in the UK, she has gone on to be an in house barrister, specialising in Employment Law, and has acted for numerous Claimants and Respondent’s in her 10 years of practice.

She regularly assists her clients from the outset of the Tribunals process, from drafting intial claims to representing her clients at Tribunal. She is able to deal with all aspects of contentious and non contentious employment law, including Unfair Dismissal, Discrimination, Wrongful Dismissal, advising on compromise agreements and drafting contracts. Her clients have regularly praised her for her down to earth, sensitive, yet practical approach to their needs. She works very closely with her clients in order to ensure that they achieve the best possible outcome for their particular claim.

Sheila is also a qualified Workplace and Community mediator, and is able to undertake mediation within the workplace, or at a litigation stage in order to avoid Tribunal hearings. Additionally, she is a corporate coach and has regularly lectured within organisations on various aspects of employment law.
